Angels of Plushenko filed an official complaint to the ethics commission regarding “public insult of coach Evgeni Plushenko” by coach Sofia Fedchenko
The Angels of Plushenko Academy filed an official complaint with the ethics commission of the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKR) against coach Sofia Fedchenko, who commented on Evgeni Plushenko’s statements.

Plushenko’s side asked the commission to assess two episodes: “public discussion and public assesment of the athlete Sofia Titova” and “public insult of coach Plushenko Evgeni Viktorovich.”
The second episode concerns Fedchenko’s words about the “hysteria” of the two-time Olympic champion.

Earlier, Fedchenko’s athlete Alina Gorbacheva won the Russian Junior Nationals. Plushenko’s skater Veronika Zhilina took second place, another figure skater from Angels of Plushenko, Sofia Titova, became fourth. After the competitions, Plushenko spoke about the unfair, in his opinion, judging.
The FFKR Ethics Commission will also consider Plushenko’s statements where he criticized judging.

I agree. Alina is a lovely skater who deserved to win in my opinion. I didn’t even know who her coach was until Plushenko complained about her.
Plushenko is upset and is fighting for his girls (his name..). But this fight looks both pity and stupid. I watched Alinas skate by the way – she was great! Congratulations to Alina and Sofia. And Plushenko is doing great PR for Alina/Sofia now;)
