Stolbova & Klimov withdrew from Finlandia Trophy
Ksenia Stolbova and Fedor Klimov had to withdraw from Finlandia Trophy 2016 due to ongoing inflammation of the periosteum.
Ksenia nd Fedor withdrew from competitions because Ksenia can’t skate because of an inflammation of the periosteum that prevents her from jumping. Her new boots are unreally tough, it provokes an inflammation. Now we agree to do other skates specifically for her leg. We’re going to receive medical treatment and only then will start to work. – Mozer said.
Previously, the coach said that the couple planned to start training in full force this week.
We started to work, but couldn’t continue, because after the first day, all inflamed again. So, we decided to concentrate on treatment, remove all loads, change boots and perform when we’ll be ready. – Mozer added.
