Annabelle Morozov and Igor Eremenko will be training with Anjelika Krylova and represent Russia
Anjelika Krylova announced that Annabelle Morozov and Igor Eremenko will be training in her group.
In the previous season, Annabelle Morozov competed with David Narizhny, but their ice dance partnership ended before the Russian Nationals. Igor Eremenko worked as a coach with Ilia Averbukh’s groups in the 2022/23 season.
“Annabelle and Igor are returning to Russia at the end of July or beginning of August. They will be skating in our group, preparing for the test skates. Nikolai Morozov (Annabel’s father) has choreographed their free program and is finishing work on the rhythm dance.
Vasilisa Kaganovskaya and Valery Angelopol welcomed this news positively. Training on the same ice with this pair will be beneficial for them. I’m sure it will only be to their advantage. We are looking forward to having them.
On June 19, we started training at the new ‘Kristall’ ice rink, and the ice is fantastic. The most important thing is that the people are very friendly – everyone helps, which contributes to our training.

Nikolai Morozov has been working with the pair recently and has choreographed their programs. We are in contact with him, discussing music ideas and elements together.” said Krylova
What are the primary goals?
Anjelika Krylova: To prepare for the test skates, to present themselves well to the federation, judges, and audience. No one has seen this pair yet, it’s their first step. After that, it’s the competitive Grand Prix.
Is the decision to return from the USA Annabelle’s decision?
Anjelika Krylova: We didn’t discuss it. They made the decision to compete for Russia. And if they are competing for Russia, they need to train in this country. Traveling right now is very difficult. They need to be here during the season.
