Beautiful ice dancing lift

Russian ice dancers Betina Popova and Yuri Vlasenko have shown this beautiful lift during junior test skates.

I think the lift looks amazing! It could be one of the brightest moment of their performances. It will also look wonderful and meaningful in their free dance to “Crazy in love” by Beyonce. I always appreciate when an element not just an element but a part of choreography that suits to the mysic and style of the program.

It’s also a great example of how to get level 4 for the lift using the girl’s flexibility. Can’t wait to see their dances.
