Evgeni Plushenko: “I rented presidential room for Trusova, so that she could rest and feel like a queen”
Evgeni Plushenko commented on the news that he and Alexandra Trusova, missed the train from Kazan to Moscow after performing at the Russian Cup stage.
Evgeni Plushenko: We missed the train. One company that was supposed to take us to the right train station failed to do that.
After that, we ran with Sasha and her mother, tried to get to the right train station, but didn’t make it on time. I rented presidential room for Sasha, for the champion, so that she could rest and feel like a queen.
She is a queen of quads, queen of figure skating! I think this will be a nice bonus for her phenomenal skating at the stage in Kazan, for her work.
Tomorrow we will walk around Kazan, see the sights of the city. And the day after tomorrow we will start the training process.
