Tatiana Tarasova does not expect an increase in spots for Russian figure skaters at the 2026 Olympic qualification competition. Here’s a translation of her comment.

“We were given one athlete in each discipline, whereas there should be three. I do not expect our quota to be increased, because they are used to punishing us for no reason. They never act fairly. Therefore, we should not count on them. We need to rely on the fact that the one person, whomever it might be, who goes to the Olympics, will be the best there,” Tarasova told.

  1. They do what’s in their best interest, whether that’s fair or not.

But your opinion is not important for ISU and that’s well because you don’t have critical thinking, you can say ISU is fair because this list of reasons not just because is an institution and that’s all

In my opinion the decisions that ISU and Olympic commitee take are absolutely fair. Anyone can complain but it’s the tasks of the institutions to be fair. So in my opinion there is nothing to complain about.
