The 2022 Grand Prix Final champion Mai Mihara has to withdraw from GP Series Cup of China due to right ankle injury not been completely healed.

“Thank you very much for your warm support as always. I am filled with heartfelt gratitude. I have dedicated all my efforts to training and treatment in preparation for the competition, but I have come to the regrettable decision to withdraw.

I would like to recover thoroughly, so I can perform well and flawlessly on the next stage. I will continue to work hard in training and practice.”
