They don’t see anything except for the gym, the choreography room, the ice, and again… some physiotherapy because everything hurts. Everything just hurts for them.
In Alina’s (Zagitova) case, her legs were worn to the point of bleeding during the Olympic season, to the extent that it made me nauseous when she took her leg out of the boot. But I didn’t tell her about it. Because if you let her know it’s bad, she might not find the strength to endure it any longer.
