Valeriy Angelopol will soon start training in Plushenko’s Academy.

Valeriy Angelopol will soon begin training under the guidance of Evgeni Plushenko, according to a source familiar with the situation, as it was reported by TASS.
“Angelopol has not yet started training with Plushenko’s team, but he is expected to join them on the ice in the very near future. It is presumed that he will be skating with Arina Ushakova,” the agency’s source stated.
Angelopol is the winner of the 2022/23 Russian Grand Prix Final in ice dance. In August, he and Vasilisa Kaganovskaia ended their partnership.
Ushakova is a bronze medalist at the World Junior Championships (2018) and a silver medalist at the Junior Grand Prix Final (2018/19). She previously competed with Maxim Nekrasov until April 2022.

I am so glad Valeriy has someone to wok with. I was never interested in ice skating until Valeriy popped up on my feed. He is amazing and I love watching him so please post regularly. Valeriy is a very good and graceful skater. He is very young…I still would like to see him preferably with vasilisa but if not possible with any other equally good skating partner.
