The International Skating Union (ISU) has approved the venues for two rescheduled Grand Prix events that were to be held in China and Russia.

On November 11-13, the competitions will take place in British Sheffield, on November 25-27 – in Espoo, Finland. This is reported in the ISU calendar for the next season.
Earlier, ISU moved the Grand Prix from the Russian due to the situation in Ukraine. China cannot accept the Grand Prix due to anti-COVID restrictions.

Agree with Matsu. I won’t be watching the 3. division in figure skating (which is being judged by amateurs who have never done figure skating themselves before – just read some books and looked at the pictures)
It will be a clean competition without the Russians.
It may be saved but without Russians hardly worth watching anyway…
