Aleksandra Boikova and Dmitrii Kozlovskii shared their impressions of the new free program to “Malaguena”.

Aleksandra Boikova: First, this program was choreographed by Alexander Zhulin. We did it last season, but did not have time to prepare, so it was decided that we keep it for the next season.
Dmitrii Kozlovskii: Well, in general, the preparation for the last season was crumpled, for all known reasons, so it was not possible to deliver a full program either. It required further refinement. In fact, we can say that this is such a product of two serious specialists – Alexander Zhulin and Nikolai Morozov.
Aleksandra Boikova: Plus, we are still polishing the program with Nikolai Moroshkin, Edvald Smirnov and Dmitri Pimanov. Perhaps we will involve some more specialists of a narrower focus. Flamenco and Latin American dances. We can say that today there was not a final presentation of this program – it will change and improve.
Dmitrii Kozlovskii: Malaguena is a new level for us. As you can see, we have an upgrade both technically, choreographically and in skating. This is definitely a challenge for us. We are not just repeating ourselves in past programs, but we are taking a new step for ourselves.
Aleksandra Boikova: The music urges, and burns, and drives us.
Dmitrii Kozlovskii: The music goes with increasing dynamics towards the end of the program, and we have to show this growing tension. It is also multiplied by the audience, which also gives its energy. In general, I want to say that this program should be shown with full stands. This is the only way it will sound and look interesting, fascinating and truly powerful.
Aleksandra Boikova: The costumes have been in the works for a long time, the ideas came up as soon as we choreographed this program last season. Now they are still improving, and right now they are being sewn. We think that we will show them at test skates.

To have such an excellent choreographer as Nikolai Morosow – this is a ticket to win. He is for me the best with great distance to all the others. There is for me no doubt. I wish all the best.
(But at the moment I could not see anything, what he could have choreographed in your programm. Perhaps the work is beginning now. I wish it for you.)
