Inna Goncharenko: A two-month probationary period is mild tetms. It should have been a month, so the person really work hard and show the result, otherwise you shouldn’t mess with coaches’ heads, running back and forth.
I believe that her break up with Tutberidze was just a whim. All this “inconvenient to train with babies” are absolute whims that have nothing to do with work. Nobody and nothing bothers those who are is purposeful.
Her return was not surprising. Honestly. Alena, probably, realized that serious achievements do not happen without hard work. It’s one thing when you have easy preparation, with a smile, your training is fun and wonderful – and what do you get in the end? And it’s different when you work in tension, but you smile when you see your result. Everyone is free to choose.
Good that Alena understood this. But how long will it last? This is the first thing. Secondly, it is very easy to relax and perform on a set base, but getting ready and going forward is not so easy. But there’s a good company in Tutberidze’s group, there are people who know Kostornaia and how to achieve results with her. I think we have a chance to see the old Kostornaia.
