About defending her title

Today I’m pleased with my performance, but I obviously need to work on quads, triple jumps, spins and skating. It’s a little different when you win for the second time, but I can’t say for sure whether it’s easier or not. On the one hand, it was easier, on the other – more difficult.

I have already talked to my coach Eteri Tutberidze and she congratulated me and pointed out the mistakes that I made.

About plans for the next season

I hope that I will get a chance to compete at the senior Grand Prix. We haven’t talked about new programs yet. The season is not over yet. I think, there will be the same set of elements in the programs. But I would also like to learn a triple axel and a quadruple loop.

About inner competition

Competitions at the Russian level are very strong, because there are all the strongest Russian figure skaters and they all won first or second places at the Grand Prix or Russian Cup.
