Alina Zagitova: We made the tutu shorter

Alina Zagitova commented on her performance in the short program at Grand Prix Final 2017.
Today I was much more confident in the short program than before. I’ve already skated it many times, with coaches we discussed every small detail, especially I worked on the loop in combination with lutz. We also changed the costume, made the ballet tutu shorter, so it became easier to do a jump entry.
I have a fighting mindset for the free program, I want to show a good skate. Last year I performed in juniors, but now I have an adult approach, my competitors are experienced. But here it was easy to skate, both the mood and ice allow that. – Alina said
