Elena Ilinykh and Anton Shibnev will train with Alexei Gorshkov

I remember that Friday is a day for Russian ice dance and all the drama, but there are some news.

Elena Ilinykh and Anton Shibnev no longer train with Alekseeva and Kustarova. They joined Alexei Gorshkov’s group.

Their former coach Elena Kustarova gave a short but quite tell-tale comemnt:

We had a serious conversation with Lena, coaches expressed their complaints about the pair’s work. Lena asked for a time-out, which lasted a week. Therefore, in all likelihood, further cooperation is impossible.

   Just a question – did Kustarova say “lasted a week” or “lasted a week too long” or “there has been a week delay” as she said который затянулся на неделю.
   Just asking, my Russian is not the best right now ;)
