World Team Trophy 2017: Check in
It’s World Team Trophy! By the way, does anyone take this even seriously? I mean like a real competition? I don’t) And I think I know who shares my views.
Jason Brown are going to have a lot of fun. I don’t see any reason why we can’t do the same!
Don’t forget about time difference! Thank you Evan and Madison, we’re going to need that)
Let’s take a walk!
Mikhail Kolyada being a good guy takes photo with architecture monuments
Madison Chock and Ashley Wagner being a bad girls trying to get where it’s closed
The weather seems great!
Already a summer-season for Elena Radionova
Team Russia looking for Kovtun
What happened with Kovtun? He missed the flight to Japan because of a taxi driver. Russian TV has already found that driver:
Kovtun missed the flight and had to fly with a transfer in Seoul. So he made it to Korea….well a year earlier. But can we take it as a good sign?
Team Russia and a traveller Max
Don’t forget about shopping!
Vasilisa Davankova as a good wife follows her husband all over the world. I also would….you know girls turn 18 every day……
Plan your strategy and paint your board…..Even if you bad in drawings)
Time to meet the teams!
Team Canada!
Does anyone knows the height of Kaitlyn’s heels?)
Team Japan!
Team France!
Team China!
Team Russia!
Team USA!
And you still have some time for decorations!
We are going to have fun!

Nobody takes it seriously but it’s a lot of fun to see them compete as a team. YAY!
Oh, day 1 had some drama(
#SobbingForPatrick #JusticeForAshley :(
I’m surprised I’m actually saying this, but “Poor Yuzuru” :(
Yeah things got a bit … unexpected I guess. Not what I predicted for this event…
Yuzuru redeemed himself in the FP, so you can stop feeling bad for him.
Nice photos :) I don’t take it seriously, but it’s the last opportunity in this season to see some skating and I’m happy about it.
If some my favorite skaters perform not their best remind me not to be upset)
Thankfully, all my favorite pairs will not be there so I can breathe.
This competition is the best!! hahaha! I missed it! Thank you for the recap <3 And I love so much that they decorate their own boxes xDD Jason is so so so happy being in Japan ^_^
(First time commenting in your blog ^^ I read it since some months ago and I want to thank you for all the translations and infos ^^)
Yeah, Jason is a star of this competition!) I mean not like Yuzu for Japanese audience, but like a person who really enjoys the process and has fun.
Jason always has my heart <3
And thank you for leaving “read-only” mode. It’s a pleasure to get some comments)
I’ve also been reading this blog from some months, I have started to read it in October or November when I was looking for the reason for Stolbova/Klimov’s withdrawals from competitions, but after Worlds I started to post comments because I came to the conclusion that it may be interesting to discuss figure skating with other fans.Thank you for your efforts :)
Skating fan…don’t even mention “Stolbova/Klimov’s withdrawals” to me. I cried so hard the day I found out and I’m still in an emotionally fragile state on that topic LOL.
What a coincidence! I found the blog for the same reason, due to Stolbova and Klimov! ^_^
Hardcore Stolbova/Klimov fan here myself although really I love all the pairs :)
This is all sooooo adorable!
As for Kaitlyn’s heels…I think she’s 167cm so heels make her look extra tall.
She has nice classic pumps. But that wasn’t the point)
Haha I see :)
