The conclusion is clear: in Russia, we’re debating whether to include a 3.5 axel in the short program for our athletes, whether to do 3Lz-3T or 3Lz-3Lo at the end of the program, adding a somersault for extra points, while over there everything is declining by all measures of elite sport.
