Russian figure skater Adelia Petrosian plans to reuse her short and free programs from last season for the 2026 Olympic qualifying competition but may introduce new choreography later in the season.

According to R-Sport, citing sources familiar with the situation, Adelia Petrosian has opted not to prepare new programs specifically for the upcoming Olympic qualifying competition.

The skater plans to perform her short program to Michael Jackson’s songs and her free program, Tango, both carried over from last season. However, sources indicate that new programs may be developed for her later in the season.

The qualifying event for the 2026 Winter Olympics will take place in Beijing from September 17 to 21. Petrosian has been listed as the top representative from Russia in the women’s singles category.
