It’s the very beginning of the season, so there’s a lot of work ahead – both on routines and programs. It’s very important for me to show emotions, but today I was more focused on the elements.
This is the first time I’m skating in a dress of this color – but when my coach and I decided that I would skate to ‘Dreams of Love’ (Liebesträume by Liszt) we both simultaneously suggested a green palette and floral decor. In Italy, I often see sculptures symbolizing spring, and this image is very close to my free skate program,” reports Maya Bagryantseva, citing Levito’s words.
