“I think the start of the season for the athletes was very positive. Despite the significant break they had, from their very first international competitions, they have shown that they are ready to become even better. I am confident that they can achieve very high results.
A medal at the European Championships? We always count on that. It’s hard to predict how the competitions will unfold, but we expect high results from them. Right now, they just need to show what they are already capable of, and everything will work out.
Our team has become so strong that in each discipline, we have the opportunity to compete for the podium under certain circumstances, including ice dance,” said Mariam Giorgobiani, the President of the Georgian Figure Skating Federation.
