I’ve never seen a better quad salchow than Yuma Kagiyama’s. I don’t know if it’s even possible to jump it better than Yuma. He executes an amazing jump: perfect, at speed, high, with a clear exit without losing speed.
Many skaters do the quad toe loop very well. I can’t single out one skater here. But as for the quad loop, it’s quite a challenging jump, and not many skaters do it.
