The winner of the Grand Prix Final in ice dance, Valeriy Angelopol, has started his training at the academy of two-time Olympic champion Evgeny Plushenko.
This information was reported by “R-Sport,” citing a source familiar with the situation. It is noted that at the moment, Plushenko is personally overseeing Angelopol’s training sessions, which began at the beginning of this week.
In August, Angelopol’s partnership with Vasilisa Kaganovskaia dissolved. They were previously coached by Anjelica Krylova.
Currently, the new coach for the skater and his new partner could be Natalia Linichuk.
