Belgian choreographer Adam Solya revealed to “Match TV” that he has recently finished working on new programs for Swiss figure skaters Alexia Paganini and Lukas Britschgi.

Paganini is a three-time Swiss national champion and a participant in the Olympic Games. Her highest achievement is a fourth-place finish at the European Championships. Britschgi is the Swiss national champion and a bronze medalist at the European Championships 2023.

“They are both great, experienced athletes who are always open to new creative ideas. I am glad to have their trust throughout our long years of collaboration. My main goal in these choreographies was to elevate the artistic individuality of both skaters to a new level, to showcase the maturity of their skating and the versatility of choreographic genres and concepts through movement,” said Solya.

The skaters themselves will announce the music for their new programs soon. Solya will only characterize the essence of the choreography. Alexia’s short program is dedicated to passion. She is like a fire illuminating the path. In her free skate, Alexia will tell the story of her desires, which she both fears and worships. Lukas’ free skate could be described as hope, allowing him to conserve energy for tomorrow,” Solya told “Match TV.”

Adam also posted on his Instagram: “I am grateful for my Swiss athletes for their trust in me and for letting me flow in artistic freedom to create their new programs. 🙏🏽❤️
