Vladimir Litvintsev, who represent Azerbaijan in men’s single skating, will miss the European Championships 2023 in Espoo, Finland.

It was reported by the President of the Azerbaijan Winter Sports Federation Fuad Nagiyev.
“Vladimir Litvintsev will not take part in the European Championships in Espoo due to the problem in obtaining a visa. There is no Finnish embassy in Azerbaijan, to get it you had to fly to Ankara (Turkey). Litvintsev is now preparing for the World Championships, where he will go.”
21-year-old Vladimir Litvintsev trains in Moscow in the group of Viktoria Butsaeva.
