‘We expect that they have to organise soon the hearing. This is our expectation and I think they will do it soon.’ said Bańka

He also atressed that WADA has the right to take a case directly to the CAS without waiting for the staging of a hearing if it feels there is an “unreasonable delay”.

‘If we are not happy, we can always use the possibility to go directly to CAS. Let’s give us a bit of time to assess it. This month, RUSADA has asked for documents and materials so it is not like they stopped activities. They are following and as far as I know they plan to organize the hearing quite soon. We will monitor it.’ said Bańka

Initially the RUSADA has been given six months from the time it was informed of the positive test (until August 8th) to investigate the case and reach a decision on the punishment.

This maybe wrong, I cant confirm this since Channel One youtube channel is banned from Youtube. But I vaguely remember Kamila and Morozov took a sip from a coffee tumbler that was sponsoring TT while they were waiting for FS scores at Rusnat. If Morozov(or maybe somebody else) also give urine sample that night, might worth looking into.
