Evgenia Medvedeva: First of all, money is opportunity. Me, like every person in our country, have both income and expenses, significant income, so they need to be saved and invested. I spend money on emotions and impressions, for me this is a kind of investment in myself, I know that I can be more productive if I have a lot of all sorts of opportunities: to fly somewhere or go, this is very important for me.
In the matter of finances and investments, I trust the family, in my case, my mother, with her support, a house was bought, where I live now, and my business was launched – my own brand. I follow rates or economic news as much as possible, I try to take into account the necessary information, but, unfortunately, it doesn’t always turn out on time due to being busy. But I always try to follow what’s going on.
At the age of 14-15, when the first earnings appeared (I entered the international arena and prize funds for places in competitions appeared), I had a goal to improve the quality of life. This is housing, the opportunity to travel to distant exotic countries for one vacation a year, to give my mother the opportunity to drive the best car, and in the long term, not to lose, but only increased it all, which is what my mother was doing.
From the very beginning, everything was built correctly, without problems. At the moment, my goal has been achieved, the quality of life has improved. It is very nice to live in your own world, where you can afford spontaneous purchases. I can’t refuse them, I have the opportunity to buy what I really want, and 7 years ago it might not have been within my budget. At the moment I have the same goal.
We are renovating the second floor of the house. The process continues. There are goals, we try to achieve them and increase them.

Appreciate her honesty. A lot of bullshit when some skaters are trying to tell that they are training for their countries. They are doing it for themselves (and, in many cases, for their families..)
