The Russian Figure Skating Federation (RFSF) has submitted to the ISU a list of candidates to participate in the Olympic selection process.
“The lists have been submitted to the International Skating Union,” a source told TASS.
The names of the candidates have not yet been disclosed. RFSF will not announce the list of candidates for Olympic selection for now.
In December, the International Skating Union (ISU) announced that Russian skaters will be allowed to participate in the qualifying rounds for the 2026 Olympics in a neutral status—with one participant or pair in each category (and one alternate).
“RFSF will not announce the list until feedback is received from the ISU,” a source from “R-Sport” stated.
The Olympic qualification tournament will take place in September 2025 in Beijing.
