“The desire to qualify for the Russian Junior Nationals and skate better than last season helped me a lot. I plan to perform the same content at the nationals. The atmosphere here was calm: I approached it as if it were a practice session, and I had the same feelings on the ice. It wasn’t difficult to learn the quadruple lutz; I learned it on the second day I started jumping it. Sometimes I jump a quadruple loop, salchow, but I’m not learning anything else. I tried the triple axel, but it’s not going very well,” Lukashova told TASS.
