Higuchi commented on her performance, “I was trying to skate as usual, but there was a mistake similar to the NHK Trophy. The moment I landed, it felt like my edge slipped, and I fell.”
But she has positive mindset, saying “While the results are crucial, this season, I’m focused on showing everything I’ve practiced one by one. Since this is the last competition of the year, I want to conclude it on a positive note. If I can perform just like I practiced.”
