Kimmy Repond had to withdraw from Grand Prix series due to injury she got back at the Nebelhorn Trophy at the end of September.
“I am very sad to announce that I will withdraw from GP Finnland. I have injured myself at Nebelhorn Trophy this year, and couldn’t heal my injury since then. The preparations for Japan open and GP France were very difficult physically and mentally. I am still very happy that I went there and fought to do my best. I am very happy with my performances at Nebelhorn Trophy and at Japan open. Of course this was not the outcome I wanted for GP France. Now I have to heal my injury and take a break from training. I will be back very strong for Europeans and worlds!! Thank you to my team and all people who have supported me in this difficult time. I will be back very soon.”
