Elizaveta Tuktamysheva believes that girls should learn complex jumps after the age of 16.

“In Russia, there will be girls who show quadruple jumps at a young age. However, we need to establish a training system so that they don’t disappear at 16 or 17 but continue to learn multi rotational jumps at that age,” Tuktamysheva said.

The world champion also noted that she doesn’t know what she will do after her career ends.

“Not yet. I’ll think about it after my career ends. Becoming an official? Anything is possible. I’ll always be happy to help someone,” Tuktamysheva told “R-Sport.
