[video] French National Championship

Now is time for figure skating National Championships. Figure skating fans have been impatiently waiting for the French National Championship to have a first glance at reigning World champions in ice dance Gabriella Papadakis – Guillaume Cizeron.

 Short dance – 73,60 

Free dance – 110,30

Vanessa James – Morgan Cipres tried a 3-3 combination and a quad salchow throw in the free program. But not really successful – 130,67 for the free and the total score 198,76.

Mae Berenice Meite won gold (but lost the short program to Laurine Lecavelier). The total score 160,66

And we have a new French National Champion – Chafik Besseghier. He had been a bronze and silver medalist and now he won the gold with the total score 245,48.
