Coach Svetlana Sokolovskaya confirmed the information that Alexandra Trusova withdrew from the Russian Nationals due to high fever.

Svetlana Sokolovskaya: At the moment I am powerless – she has a fever of 39.4 (102.92F). The doctor was called at night. Everything that is necessary for treatment is done, doctors are always nearby. Thank you for your support.

Also Tatiana Tarasova said that the Russian Nationals does not lose in entertainment because of the skaters who have withdrawn.

Tatiana Tarasova: I think that this is a loss for Trusova herself, and not for the women’s competitions. There will be someone to skate.
