Diana Davis and Gleb Smolkin will miss the fourth stage of the Russian Grand Prix in Moscow.

This was announced by the President of the Russian Figure Skating Federation (FFKR) Alexander Gorshkov. Initially, the skaters were assigned for these competition.
Alexander Gorshkov: Athletes will not be able to take part in the Moscow stage, but they still hope to perform in Perm.
The Grand Prix stage in Moscow will be held on November 12-13, the stage in Perm – November 25-27.
