We thought that at least some one will point out how awful it’s to make a teen reliving the worst time in her life over and over again. Or make a remark that it’s not a good idea to bring this topic up while the investigation is still ongoing…But no…See for yourself.

Tatiana Tarasova: Yes, very cool. Based on the warm-up, I did not think that she would skate like that. Because something did not work out for her.

All her nerves were frayed! They frayed our nerves and hers. Well, how? For no reason, such slander against the girl.

Alexander Zhulin: Kamila Valieva left the greatest impression after the test skates. She is a real phenomenon! Adelia Petrosian and Sofia Muravieva showed good programs, many of them showed excellent performance. I am madly sorry that our crazy world does not see all this. Regarding whether it is dangerous for Valieva to raise such a topic in her program until everything is over: no, it is not dangerous. She said what she considered necessary.

Natalia Bestemiyanova: Whose performance did I like the most? Probably Valieva. A very touching story! Tears are flowing. Decent and very pretty.

Tatiana Navka: It is very difficult to speak after tears, I have a lump in my throat after Kamila’s performance. I admire this girl, she brought the whole country to tears.

This is a strong, powerful, brilliant, talented person. I believe that she will show this to the whole world. God blesses that she has the opportunity to prove that she is the strongest on this planet – she was, is and will be.

Hate has already appeared because of the moment when she closes her face? We shouldn’t pay attention. I don’t want to judge people. Someone just needs to stand out.

I think that this is her best program and the greatest performance, filled with meaning, beautiful, graceful. This is a brilliant idea.

I want to thank Eteri Georgievna and everyone involved in this program. This is on the topic of the day, at the right day and hour. Let all envious people be envious that they can’t break us!

Renat Laishev: I think this is the idea of the coaching staff of Eteri Tutberidze, the coaching staff headed by the President of the Russian Figure Skating Federation Alexander Gorshkov, of our entire Olympic team.

This is a definite answer to the spiteful critics. Nothing broke Kamila, she did well, I want to congratulate her on a wonderful performance.

Adelina Sotnikova: Kamila… heartbreaking. Her today’s performance brought all the audience to tears … and this is only test skates, what will happen in the season? In a good sense of the word, the hall will cry and give standing ovations.

Young, strong, beautiful, open girl. I would like to wish her great patience, strength and continue to give people joy with her skating.

I’m not taking the technical part now, everyone knows that she can do ultra-c elements.

I take the emotional one, when you look and it doesn’t matter what elements a person has done, but it’s as if you immersed in the history of memories together with the athlete, into all the movements made, into the whole meaning of the program.

Both programs were very good.

Elena Radionova: I really liked Kamila’s program – strong, just to goosebumps. She skated it so sensually, passed it through herself.

When an athlete experiences such pain inside, the viewer feels it, because these are genuine emotions. Kamila was amazing as always.

Anna Pogorilaya: Of course, I was amazed by the performance of Kamila Valieva. The choice of music was also pleasant. I just finished watching the women’s single skating, I’m under the great impression of Kamila’s performance. We can say that we all cooled down after the winter situation, and she reminded us of this. This is very touching. Talking about it with your art is not dangerous for her. Rather, this will prompt people to solve this situation faster. This all shows that Kamila is not afraid to talk about it. If a person is not guilty, then he will not hide something, but will ask for a solution to such a situation.

Stanislava Konstantinova: I watched Kamila’s performance now, I wipe my tears, it’s wonderful, you can say as much as you like that she has similar images in the programs, but if it’s so beautiful, I don’t know what to add. She was crying from the first seconds, I thought ‘How will she cope with the jumps?’ but she was in some kind of flow, conveyed this in such a state, that my heart broke, I remembered everything that she had gone through, that pressure, the responsibility that fell on her small shoulders.

She again plunged into the terrible moment of her life, and find a resource to make every element. It touched me to the core. And she put on a hood at the end – it just shocked me. I want her to skate as long as possible, to find the strength to cope with difficulties. She’s a talent and no one can argue with that.

Kamila might have failed a doping test, fair enough, there’s consequences to face. On the other hand, this drug may help tennis players, or anyone who needs an extra push, not figure skaters. I have a feeling someone sneaked it to her somehow, to disqualify her only. Nasty business. What happened to her is definitely a crime, whoever is responsible for it. Using it for politics is adding insult to injury.

Somebody with an ounce of sense and humility needs to explain to that entire team that cheating is never acceptable. It’s quite a shame actually, because this young woman is extraordinarily talented. If the dishonesty hadn’t occurred, she’d be an international star for all the right reasons. Go back behind your iron curtain dear, and take your cheating coaches and teammates with you.

The Kamalia tested positive for illegal drugs. Yes, she is a child, but competes against adults, and the adults around her failed to protect her from taking those prescriptions in the first place that were banned. The drug test results were really slow or buried in hiding. The results should have been reported before the start of the Olympics, and the Russian Federation could have went with another female skater.

Cheating by using a young impressionable girl to gratify YOUR overweaning, over-inflated, “Win at all costs” ego is mean, rotten, disgusting child abuse. Is that what gold means to The Soviet system? Pathetic…The USSR/Russia has been cheating for decades, buying votes and threatening Eastern Bloc countries..it’s been blatant so many times! BULLIES!

Experience of chearing… interesting. Even if she took it thinking that it was sugar, mistakes are mistakes and all we need to pay for them. Only Russians think that they are above the law.
