Aliona Savchenko: It’s a huge challenge and I love them. I think that figure skating in the Netherlands can be much stronger.

I want to help the new generation, give them a new perspective, and I want to do my part to make the sport more popular in this country. There’s a lot of talent here. So why not develop figure skating?

I will work full time. At the moment, it is still in the formative stage, but some skaters have already decided to join the group. I will write a program (plan) for them.

For athletes who stay with their personal coaches, I will draw up an annual competition plan. Everything will be closely discussed with other coaches. I will be working with an assistant and specialists off the ice.
