Evgenia Medvedeva withdrew from Russian Nationals 2017. The president of Russian skating federation Alexander Gorshkov gave a short comment:

Evgenia skips the Russian Nationals. Her recovery is completing, but doctors recommended not to force, so such a decision was made. She will prepare to the European Championships. – Gorshkov said

Also a source familiar with the situation, told R-Sport that only a week ago Medvedeva had her cast taken off.

So it means that girls will fight only for two spots to the European Championships and to get it they need to place in the top-2 among age-eligible for senior competitions.
