“The ISU did not make a decision on the admission of Russian juniors at the council meeting on Tuesday,” the organization reported.
On December 11, the Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) recommended that sports federations allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to participate in youth competitions with their flag and anthem. However, the IOC statement emphasized that the recommendations from March 28, 2023, regarding the participation of adult athletes from Russia and Belarus remain in effect and will be reviewed as necessary.
