Evgenia Medvedeva has discussed her relationship with Eteri Tutberidze.
“We are just working together, as colleagues.
We have a good relationship with the other figure skaters, you can see a lot on social media; lots of photos with the other girls, the boys, and trips to shows.
There are so many shows now and we can’t avoid interacting with each other because we are all part of what we call the ‘figure skating society’, which we refer to as the ‘figure skating family’.
We support each other, and everything is going well,” said the two-time World Champion.”
Evgenia Medvedeva also has called Kamila Valieva’s ban unfair.
“Everything that happened (with Valieva) was unfair. She is an underage athlete, the pressure on her was massive, fortunately, the disqualification will end soon.
As far as I know, we will see Kamila on the ice this summer. I’m personally a fan of hers, she skates really awesomely. She’s incredibly beautiful and talented,” said Medvedeva.”
