Niina Petrokina competed in the Tallink Hotels Cup 2024 after an injury.

“For me it was a very essential step in my career. It was difficult to overcome my fear and get back on a competition ice. Not everything turned out perfectly, but by the end of the day I am satisfied with the results. The most important thing for me was to take out the maximum from my current physical condition and skate my programs as well as possible at the moment.

I would like to thank all the spectators who supported me so strongly on the stands. It felt like I was in an arena of thousands. It was nice to feel these long-awaited emotions again!

Love everyone and see you next week in Holland,” Niina posted on her Instagram account.
