“When I hear about doping in other athletes, like Norwegian skiers and biathletes, I don’t understand why we discuss it so passionately.

I especially don’t understand when they say they want to destroy Valieva intentionally. We need to wake up and realize that we have errors and mistakes.

In Valieva’s case, we should have learned to lie more beautifully. Who will believe the fairy tale that she accidentally drank the wrong glass? What kind of nonsense is this?!

We are to blame in Valieva’s case. We gave unfriendly countries a chance to point out our mistakes.

Now we just need to work to end this sooner. Let’s work on ourselves and not look at someone else and say they also have doping. With this approach, nothing good will come out.

We need to understand that there are countries that don’t like us, and they shouldn’t.
