This was announced by Veronica Loginova, the CEO of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA).

Previously, Zhou accused the IOC, the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and WADA of not protecting his interests in the case of Kamila Valieva. He also stated that he ‘knows about the widespread use of doping among other Russian figure skaters.’

‘We are studying the primary source where this information was published, including the figure skater’s interview and his position. After reviewing all the materials, we will conduct the necessary work and make decisions regarding possible future steps. We are not setting specific deadlines; RUSADA’s Investigation Department is examining his statement.

In his statement, he talks about facts related to our figure skaters. We want to determine, firstly, whether our figure skaters violated anti-doping rules and who was involved, and secondly, to confirm or refute the athlete’s arguments in this statement,’ said Loginova.

I support team USA and Japan who didn’t dope and break the rules!!!!!! Russia is still breaking the rules, cheating, and doping. I think their whole program and its athletes should be permanently banned for competition until such a time as multiple independent agencies can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Russia, it’s athletes, and testing agency’s can follow the rules, play fair, and not dope… but since they been cheating/rule breaking since before I was born and I’m in my 40’s I doubt that will happen they want to win at all cost which is sad and the people who got hurt did the right thing! Shame on you RUSADA, IOC, Russian Olympic Committe, WADA, and Court of Arbitration of Sport! Shame on. You!!!!!!!!
