Silver medalist of the 2022 Olympics Alexandra Trusova withdrew from the Russian Grand Prix Final. The reason for the withdrawal was not specified.

Tatiana Tarasova commented on the withdraval.

“Had a call with Trusova’s coach Svetlana Sokolovskaya. She said that Sasha had problems with her back. She is treated, so she won’t perform in St. Petersburg.

The federation has been already informed this.

The event will be no poorer because of Trusova’s absence. We have other great girls who are able to show good performances.” Tarasova said

Anna Frolova will replace Trusova at the Russian Grand Prix Final that takes place 3-5 March in St.Petersburg.
