Natalia Bestemianova shared her opinion about judgment at the ISU GP Internationaux de France 2021

Natalia Bestemianova: I think that Stepanova and Bukin should have been second, the Canadians’ program did not impress me at all.

It is not clear what those who are supposed to promote our pairs are doing.

Tatiana Tarasova: All the time there are some situations. Firstly, our federation could have taken care of them and got them other stages of Grand Prix, so that they didn’t have to go against other pairs all the time and didn’t turn out to be the third. It could have been done. If they wanted.

I just have nothing to say, I can roughly imagine what will be done next year. I don’t want to talk about it. But I understand that the plans are far-reaching. It’s wrong to leave Nikita and Vika (Sinitsina and Katsalapov) as one pair, without the support of the second.

It’s a hard time for them to go through, but they shouldn’t give up, because giving up is easier than continuing this difficult path. What happens to them – this is a huge injustice.

God blessed them strength to get ready for the Russian Nationals, I really like their programs this year, it is very interesting to watch them.

“Everyone is already talking about this. There will be a sub-in in ice dance at the Olympic team event, for the free dance. They say Nikita (Katsalapov) has problems with a back and so on. And Davis – Olympic champion in the team …”
