“I do have plans, but I won’t tell you.” Epic interview with Mikhail Kolyada
Mikhail Kolyada about test skates in St.Petersburg, suspension of Russian athletes and future plans.
Mikhail Kolyada: Do I have any claims to myself about the performance here? Of course I do have, there is always something to work on. Plans on complication the content? It’s a question for the coach.
How important is the performance here?
Mikhail Kolyada: You know, every season is like a new one, every such performance, even in training clothes, is still important.
The suspension of the Russians did not affect the motivation?
Mikhail Kolyada: No.
In past seasons, the test skates (in St.Petersburg) were closed for the audience, now they are not. Is this format better?
Mikhail Kolyada: Of course, it’s better, the support of the audience helps.
Do you have any plans to skate until the next Olympics?
Mikhail Kolyada: Too distant, I don’t make plans. Four years is a lot.
Do you have plans for the evening?
Mikhail Kolyada: I do have plans for the evening, but I won’t tell you.
