Figure skaters who compete at the British Grand Prix spoke about their attitude towards the Russian skater Elizaveta Tuktamysheva, Sports.ru correspondent Maiia Bagryantseva reports from Sheffield.

“Now my friend Mai Mihara will perform at the ISU Grand Prix stage, I wish her good luck,” Tuktamysheva said before the short program.

I am so happy to hear kind words from Elizaveta, it’s incredible. I am a fan of Tuktamysheva, it is such an honor that such a figure skater is rooting for me” said the Japanese Mai Mihara after winning the short program at the Grand Prix in Sheffield.

“My favorite figure skater of all time is Evgenia Medvedeva. I also really like Elizaveta Tuktamysheva,” said the American Isabeau Levito.
