Mikhailov became the choreographer of the skater’s new programs this season. After leaving the group of Eteri Tutberidze, Trusova changed her programs choreographed by Gleikhengauz.

In the process, she always discusses every movement. She has one feature, she immediately said: “Nikita, you know, I can’t improvise, I need to know exactly where, what, when. Please, we have to put everything.
I said, “Got you,” haha. This is how the process went for us: we put something somewhere, and she says: “Wait, you didn’t tell me what to do here.”
This is probably her distinguishing feature – her thorough, per-second understanding of where she should look, where she should wave her hand.
