New short program for Elizaveta Tuktamysheva
I’ve already posted the information that Elizaveta Tuktamysheva has a new short program here. Now some more information, including the music.
Here’s also link to a video from tv-channel ST.Petersburg with short parts of Elizaveta’s trainings.
According to this video and an article below, the new short program is a waltz by Anthony Hopkins. So, it’s probably “And the Waltz goes on” that Virtue and Moir have brought to the figure skating world in 2012-2013.
The new program have been created during the training camp in Tartu.
Emotionally to skate a waltz isn’t difficult. Difficult physically because I have never been skating to a waltz before. I am very small, I have to stratch twice harder to make it look like a real waltz. Therefore, in terms of movements waltz is something more complicated, since it’s new to me. – Elizaveta said.
It will also be a new costume. According to Elizaveta, the costume will be feminine and romantic. The first major competition where she will demonstrate the new short program will be the Russian Cup Final in Saransk at the end of February.
About triple axel:
