The appeal is written in a transcription of English words using Russian letters.

Earlier, the Russian team was stripped of the gold medal in the team event of the Beijing Olympics due to the disqualification of Kamila Valieva for doping. The gold went to the US team, and the Russian team fell to third place.

“The original Olympic motto consisted of three Latin words: Citius – Altius – Fortius (faster, higher, stronger). On July 21, 2021, the IOC approved changes to the Olympic motto, adding the word ‘Together’ to emphasize the unity of sport and the importance of solidarity in it.

The new Olympic motto-Citius, Altius, Fortius, Communiter (faster, higher, stronger, together) as you can see on my Olympic badge.

If you do not answer me, I understand. Let me remind you that my previous letter also remained unanswered,” the message says.
