Alexander Zhulin, following the situation with Petr Gumennik SP to Rammstein, stated that he “no longer understands anything.”

For the 2023/24 season, figure skater Petr Gumennik had a short program choreographed to the song “Sonne” by Rammstein. However, he was ultimately not allowed to skate to the chosen music, and the program had to be changed.
“With all these LGBT communities and things like that, I’m not surprised at all. I don’t know if we did the right thing by ultimately changing the music; I no longer understand anything in this life,” said Alexander Zhulin.

I don’t understand what LGBTQ has to do with it. This is about the current discussion about the accusations made by a male artist against cast female fans. That’s why you shouldn’t offer a big stage until Rammstein is declared. So for me it’s an understandable decision. But Zhulin often talks crazy stuff, which is something we’re used to hearing from him by now. If Gumennik really needs a German industrial band, I recommend Die Krupps, Oomph!, Megaherz, Eisbrecher. All scandal-free bands.

No, he was “suggested” not to skate his new program to Rammstein, because of the band’s pro-Ukrainian position. But Zhulin, as always, brought everything to LGBT.
